These terms govern use of the website at https://cloud-layerpoint.digital and, where you commission work, the agreement between you and Cloud Layerpoint, Level 11, 34 Pekini Avenue, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. By using the site or confirming a written quote, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site and do not confirm work.
The site
Pages describe studies, observation days, visit pattern reviews, and finding briefings. They are informational. A form submission is a request, not a booking, until we send dates and a figure in writing and you confirm. Prices on the rates page may change; the figure in the quote is the one that applies to that commission.
Intellectual property
Text, drawings of our method, and the arrangement of this site belong to Cloud Layerpoint unless a page says otherwise. Photographs on this site are used under the licences of their public sources. Floor plans, hour sheets, and recaps we produce for a named client belong to that client for use in their own rooms. They may not be sold as a template for another business. You may not copy the site in order to present our wording as your own practice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that burdens the host, or submit the contact form with content you do not have the right to send. Do not send records that identify your customers by full name and contact details unless those people have a working reason to be in the file and you are allowed to share it. We will ask you to strip personal details we do not need.
Liability
The site is provided as a static publication. We are not liable for decisions you take solely from a journal note without a study of your own rooms. For commissioned work, our liability is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (including liability for intent or gross negligence). We do not promise a rise in sales, covers, or occupancy. We promise drawings and a briefing that match what we saw and what you supplied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply if you commission work as a natural person for purposes outside trade.
