Visit pattern review

Desk work on till extracts, booking lists, or stamp cards you already keep — hours, repeat names, and thin baskets drawn without a stranger sitting in the room.

What we need from you

Hourly or daily totals, a category split if you have one, and a date range of at least two ordinary weeks. Booking lists with arrival times help guest houses. Loyalty stamp photocopies help bakeries. Password access to a till login is not required and we will not ask for it.

What we draw

Sheets of hours against sales or covers; a note on days that look like outliers (a tour bus, a closed street, a holiday); repeating baskets or room types; a plain-language list of what the records cannot show — pause points, skipped shelves, the mood at the door.

Limits

A review cannot see the person who hovered at the soap shelf and left. If that is the question, you want observation days or the full study. We also will not invent missing hours; if Tuesday afternoons were never recorded, the sheet will show a gap.

After the drawings

You can take the PDF and stop, or book a finding briefing so we walk the sheets with the people who stand at the counter. Ask for a review and say in what form the records exist today — printouts, a spreadsheet, or a notebook.
