Shopkeeper arranging goods on wooden shelves
Work we take on

Studies

Commissioned watching, record reviews, and sit-down briefings for people who run shops, cafés, and rooms for guests in Tbilisi and nearby towns.

Each study is a piece of work for one location, not a catalogue of features. We agree the rooms, the hours, and what you already collect at the till. Then we watch, draw, and talk it through at a table.

If you are unsure which format fits, start with the customer behavior study. Shorter observation days and desk reviews of visit records sit underneath it.

Customer behavior study

A three-to-six-week commission: on-site watching, a review of the records you already keep, drawn floor and hour sheets, and a ninety-minute briefing with the people who work the rooms.

Three to six weeks, including a scoping visit · Quoted after a scoping conversation; often 2,400–5,800 GEL

Finding briefings

A sit-down with the drawings — yours from a past week of notes, or ours from a study — so the owner and the shift lead argue about the same marks on the paper.

Ninety minutes, plus a short written recap the next day · 320 GEL when booked on its own

Observation days

One or two agreed days on the floor when a full study would be too heavy — useful before a refit, a seasonal menu, or a new window.

One or two consecutive working days · 480 GEL per observation day

Visit pattern review

Desk work on till extracts, booking lists, or stamp cards you already keep — hours, repeat names, and thin baskets drawn without a stranger sitting in the room.

About ten working days after we receive the files · From 650 GEL, depending on how the records arrive
