These rules apply to commissioned work described on this site: customer behavior studies, observation days, visit pattern reviews, and finding briefings. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, software licences we do not grant, or courses we do not run.
Asking for a refund
Write to hello@cloud-layerpoint.digital with the quote date, the location of the rooms, and what you want returned. Telephone +995 32 555 5380 if you need to flag the email. We answer refund notes within five working days.
Deposit
A 30 percent deposit holds observation dates for a customer behavior study. The deposit is returned in full if we cancel, if we cannot staff the dates we confirmed, or if the scoping visit shows the rooms cannot host a watcher and you decline a visit pattern review instead.
If you cancel a study more than ten days before the first observation day, the deposit is returned minus 80 GEL for the scoping visit already made (the 80 GEL is waived if the scoping visit had not yet happened). Inside ten days, the deposit is kept because those days cannot be offered to another shop in time. The remaining 70 percent is not taken if work has not started.
Observation days
Cancel with more than five days’ notice and the day fee is not charged. Inside five days, or if the shift turns us away at the door without a safety reason, the day is charged. If we cannot attend (illness, blocked street we were not told about on our side), you are not charged and we offer a new date.
Visit pattern review
If you have not yet sent records, you may cancel for a full refund of any fee already paid. After records arrive, we charge for the sorting already done, with a written hour note, and refund the rest. Once draft sheets have been sent, the review fee is earned.
Finding briefings
Reschedule with more than three days’ notice at no charge. Inside three days we may keep 80 GEL toward the reserved hour if we cannot fill it. If we host at Pekini Avenue and you do not arrive, the 320 GEL is due. If we travel to your rooms and the door is closed, the same applies unless the street is shut by the city.
Work already started
A study that has used two or more observation days cannot be unwound as if it had not happened. We will stop further days, deliver the sheets for days already watched, and invoice only those days plus desk time already spent, against the original quote. We do not refund for findings you dislike.
Materials
Paper copies of sheets are part of the fee. We do not add a print charge, and we do not refund because you prefer only PDF. If a printed floor plan is wrong because we misheard a storeroom, we reprint at our cost.
How money comes back
Refunds go to the same account or card that paid, within ten working days after we agree the amount. Bank charges on your side remain yours. We do not pay cash at the office for refunds.
No-shows and safety
If the rooms are unsafe (exposed wiring, a fight at the door, a request to hide from staff), we leave and do not charge that day. If you asked us to pretend we were not commissioned, and the shift discovers it, we stop; that day is charged because the hour cannot be reused.
Exceptions
These rules do not limit rights that Georgian consumer law gives a natural person commissioning work outside their trade, where those rights cannot be signed away.
