Cloud Layerpoint is the data controller for personal data described here. The practice sits at Level 11, 34 Pekini Avenue, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. Write to hello@cloud-layerpoint.digital or telephone +995 32 555 5380. This notice sits beside Georgian personal data protection law. If you are in the European Economic Area and write to us, we still treat the request with the same care described below.
What we collect
From the contact form or an email: name, email address, the kind of work you selected, optional timing, and the message. We use this to reply and, if work goes ahead, to quote and schedule.
From a commission: the address of the rooms, staff names you introduce, till or booking extracts you supply, and notes we take on the floor. We ask you not to send full customer contact lists. Door counts and pause marks do not identify a guest. If a booking list includes guest names, we use them only to understand repeat stays for that study and we do not add those people to any mailing list.
From this website: a cookie that records whether you accepted or rejected cookies, if your browser allows it. If you accept, we may also set a simple page-visit cookie. See the cookie note.
We do not sell lists. We do not use the form to run advertising profiles.
Legal bases we rely on
Answering an enquiry and performing a contract for a study, observation days, a review, or a briefing. Legitimate interests in keeping a thin archive of past commissions so we do not contradict a previous floor plan for the same rooms. Consent for non-essential cookies. Legal obligation if a Georgian authority lawfully requires a record.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become work are kept up to 18 months, then deleted. Contracts, quotes, and the sheets we produced are kept for six years after the briefing, which matches how long a fee dispute or accounting question can reasonably arise in our experience. Floor notebooks that never entered a sheet are destroyed within 90 days after the briefing. Cookie records last as described in the cookie table.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where the law allows, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw cookie consent. You may complain to Georgia’s personal data protection authority. We will not refuse a rights request because it arrived in Georgian or in English.
International transfers
This website may be hosted on servers outside Georgia. If that happens, we rely on a host that states it protects data in line with a contract we can show you on request. We do not send client floor sheets to a processor outside Georgia unless you have asked for a copy to be emailed to an address you name, which may itself be abroad.
Recipients
Only the named analyst and, where needed, Tamar Gelashvili for briefings. An accountant in Tbilisi may see invoices with your business name and fee, not your till extracts. We do not use a marketing agency.
If this notice changes in a way that affects how we handle new enquiries, we will date the change on this page.
