A scoping conversation in Tbilisi is not charged. If we need to travel beyond the city to see the rooms before quoting, we say so and give a travel figure first.

The review starts at 650 GEL when the files are already in a simple table or a clear printout. Handwritten books that need a day of sorting are quoted higher after we have seen a sample page.
Customer behavior study
The flagship study is quoted after the scoping visit because the number of observation days is not the same for a twelve-square-metre kiosk and a guest house with a breakfast room. In Tbilisi, recent single-location studies have landed between 2,400 and 5,800 GEL. That range includes the watching, the desk work, the sheets, and the ninety-minute briefing. It does not include a follow-up week after you move a rail or rewrite a menu.
You receive the figure in writing. Work starts when you confirm. A deposit of 30 percent holds the dates; the rest is due the working day after the briefing.
What changes a quote
- Hours that run late (after 21:00) or start before 07:00
- Public holidays and days when the street is closed for a march or a film shoot
- Towns outside Tbilisi
- Records that arrive as photographs of crumpled till tape
- A request for sheets in both Georgian and English
What we do not sell
There is no monthly subscription, no “seats,” and no yearly licence. If you want another watch after a refit, that is a new observation week or a new study, priced then.
